What's the best way to make the glands numb? Like permanent numbness. Does banding work ? I have banded in the past at the base of the cock. Worked great for a while then built up resistance. I don't have much feeling in my cock overall anymore from banding. Still works well , can stay nice and hard during sex. So I'd like to try and fully nunb the head / glands to make it even harder for me to cum. Does banding right behind the head work for this? Any other options? Thanks .. Try a Google image search for penile dorsal nerve injection and there are some detailed images that come up, apparently it feels like a shock when you hit the nerve, then you aspirate to make sure you're not in a vein and inject, it does look like it's both easy and hard to hit that nerve at the same time.

I am not sure in one day or not but I have a completely senseless glans. From last 6- 7 years I use alcohol swabs to wipe my glans at least 3 to 4 times a day, like completely use 2 to 3 swabs on the glans untill they are dry.
