Hi, I've been posting my KY jelly progress on manmods under the username of andmc136 but I'm aware more like minded people are still on Newart so I'm seeking your feedback and opinions here as well.

A few weeks ago having understood the risks and prepped, I injected a full tube of KY into my shaft over a couple of sessions.

The full effects were apparent within about an hour and felt great, if a little overwhelming in terms of feeling overfull and stretched, however i adjusted within a few days.

Now a few weeks in, things have hardened, which feels really good, however I've ended up with a bit of a donut effect and a cock tip which is narrower leading up to my glans.

I'm planning on injecting a new batch into that area to fill it out again as it will be trapped in place by the original note hardened and encapsulated KY.

I will be injecting again at some point but I'm interested in people's opinions on doing it sooner to keep the size going versus waiting longer with more shrinkage.

You should have injected a little bit at a time so that your cock could encapsulate it layer by layer. Now you have a huge donut with only the outside of the ky blob encapsulated. IMHO that is not going to make things look good. I would suggest you inject smaller amounts all around under the glans. You can't inject the glans directly because it will just bleed and maybe go necrosis due to it only being millions of tiny blood vessels under there. Then let that encapsulate. Work it up layer by layer and it wont do that in my experience with SL. I know they are different animals but that is a lot of KY in a short amount of time. Good Luck! Thanks, that makes sense re the encapsulation being a large section and not layers.
I did purposefully try the two larger amounts to see what the effects would be, and now I know and I'm sharing for others who may be curious.
I'm not too concerned about the donut effect as it feels good, but I think I will maybe try and build up some layers infront of it over time, i.e. behind the glans as you said.
Yeah I would never inject anything into the glans other than to tattoo the surface maybe.
I should probably have mentioned, yes, the black skin colour is a blackout tattoo I'm working on and definitely not necrosis, I have kept checking circulation and feeling as time has gone on.

good to hear it my friend. You can also after a while start building up smaller layers in front and around the huge layer so it evens out too. Might be a good idea to wait a bit before more injections so the body has a chance to stabilize that and anchor it down.

Topped off today

Had started getting a bit more reduction so today I added (a smaller amount this time) of KY to build up some layers at the head end of my cock.
Only added half a fresh tube this time, however, that alone seems to have instantly filled out all the available space infront of the previous "plug" and made it feel very firm and tight again, which feels really good.
Hoping it doesn't expand too much as it encapsulates, thinking even half a tube might have been a bit much but time will tell.

Your problem is that you are circumcised! If you add so much, you will turn into a donut, which is not suitable for sex!!! In your case, you need to build up the skin first, and your path should be very slow and careful!!! You add a lot and take very little breaks. Only small portions with long breaks

Go SLOW. You want to stretch the skin in a favorable way not a huge donut. Small fills with breaks takes longer but better results.

The pressure from sex and using a milking machine on it a few times since last session really helps to redistribute so the donut is hardly noticeable, I've tried to crop a recent photo to show the shape better.
I do need to shave though...

Pumping will also help redistribute as well from what I’ve heard. You gripping tight there on the left side? I’d suggest massaging it for 30mins or so to help balance it all out. Otherwise I think you’ve done a pretty good job at it.
