I have a question for you who do sounding. After the session do you experience any piss problems like pissing more often or not be able to hold piss and pee in your pants?

Rarely does the sound get to the bladder sphincter muscle to affect it's ability to close off the bladder. When I sound I get to my prostate with the rod and enjoy the sensations that brings. Once I'm done I have no issues with incontinence or piss leaking from the bladder. I might feel a little irritation in the urethra from the sound invading me but as far as leakage there is none.
