Hello pumper's! I've been ball pumping over sence 1987 and still pump today. However, i'm not getting huge like I used to. Prior to 2016 and into late December 2017 I was able to get to 24 inches. But, on January 1, 2018 I had a major heart attack resulting in a quadruple bypass. I'm retired now but for some reason over the last several years my balls will not max out neither will my sack expand very much even after 12 hours of pumping. I do take heart meds and water pills as well as 18 other medications to deal with all my health issues. My question is how can I get back to 24+ inches. Any suggestions?

You might try infusing Saline.
You could get bigger than 24"

I always get better results when I take beet root although you’d need to consider the interaction with your other meds

Maybe you could stop taking the water pills before an upcoming session. Also turning to infusion would definitely help if you can develop the courage to harpoon yourself! It’s not for everyone but it’s a total game changer.

I used to pump only, but started getting frustrated with the process. Sometimes I'd pump for hours to get mediocre results. Other times it would be great. But I finally took the leap to infuse and haven't looked back.

I love to combined infusing with pumping. I usually wait a few hours to make sure the insertion point heals. I don't need to pump that much, but it pulls liquid back into the sack to help give it a nice shape.

Something to consider, but it's not for everyone.

That's probably it right there. Diuretics will encourage your body to expel fluid. this leaves less fluid hanging around in your tissues, which means less is available to conveniently relocate into your scrotum.

that being said: KEEP TAKING YOUR MEDS. You can still pump up bigger than most men can get, you just won't be able to reach the huge size you used to see.

I’ve been taking water pills the entire time I’ve been pumping. Drink water, pump in hot water with epson salts. Electric pumps are really the best for size.
