I just started to inject saline. Marvalous feeling.
Only one problem: how to stop dripping saline, out of te injection hole?

Pinch the injection hole shut for 5 minutes once you are done your infusion. That should be enough time for the skin to heal, depending on your skin and the size of needle you used.
After pinchiing the hole shut to heal, some guys use a piece of tape to cover the hole, others use a waterproof bandage plus some "Fixodent" denture cream. That stuff will stay firm even when wet.
