The needle I place perpendicular to the skin, this avoids bruises. I use 2 needles (two sets) per breast, saline 1 liter bottle per breast.

Massaging of tits helps to put more saline, increases the speed of dropping.

I like saline, but it enables to enjoy my new body just for a couple of hours. I also refill my breasts during the play regularly with saline of 10 to 60 cc siringes, which makes hard and solid mass in the tit before it speads in couple of minutes. It creates vibrating pain that increses with increased volume I inject.

placement was as above, 2 needles in each and this was 2/3 hours. After that time they were hard lumps but softened quickly and lasted at least 5 hours after

kinda forgot to post but heres my pics. 2nd time i had the same issue with right vs left but ended by topping up left. i think i got about 500 in but it took 3-4 hours. i think needle placement is a factor and needle depth.
i can definatly attest to the fact that massage helps and although starting hard they soften really quickly
