How to pump for a donut

I am uncircumsized and love the look of a donut after pumping but am having trouble getting one myself. I currently have tried with the foreskin pulled down and stay at 2-3hgs for a 5-7 minute set with breaks before I go back in again.

Does anyone have recommendations on a safe method to ensure I get some bloating in that area? Thanks!

For me donut is directly related to hydration. Be sure you have been fully hydrated a couple of days... also might up your sets to 15-20 min

Good advice thank you! And still safe to stay around 2-3hg just add the extra time + hydrate?

For me low preassure is the best. You want to feel a solid pull but NO pain. I usually am about 5.

I too love the bloat and getting it fastest would be ideal.
I always have to start with the pressure super low, like below 1 or I get red spots, but once i'm an hour in I can increase it a little. I do 15min increments. If you want bloat you need fresh fluid in that cock, so getting that circulation up is key, IE the lower pressure so that it can still circulate. I usually really only start to super bloat around 3hrs into a pump which is a crazy long time. Pulling on the pump helps me get it, IE kind of pulsing the pressure on the tube by pulling it.

Warmth is the other big thing. I like to keep it warm by adding hot water to the tube, allows the cells to expand. Some use heated blankets.

Thank you! I tried this today and did the longer sets of 13 min and had warm water in the tube as well but didn’t really see much expansion either. Maybe I just need to keep it up and I’ll get there as I’m relatively new to this

The donut comes with time. When I started pumping a year ago it would take me over an hour of 20 minutes sets at 7+hg before my foreskin started to bloat.
Now with a heat pad and 4-5hg I get bloat within 40-50 minutes.

I never get a donut like most guys. My cock seems to expand evenly around my whole shaft. Which I like!

I was able to get a nice donut yesterday after doing the heat method and low and slow for over an hour with lots of breaks. Felt amazing! Loved that bloated feeling

I definitely am excited to try this again. Is doing this 2 days in a row unhealthy and should I give it a rest? I can still get quality erections and have no pain :)

Would you recommend vaseline or coconut oil when pumping for a large donut?
