How long until I see some permanent size gains oin them?

Also not interested in increasing the size of the scrotum, just the balls. Is there a way to avoid it?

How long do you recommend to pump?

I’ve been at it for about 2 years, but used metal stretch rings for 2 years before. If you want bigger balls you will have to make room for them! Not sure about permanent gains, in my experience, I hold my pumped size a little longer as I progress. I suspect that will be the path for me, it will just sustain longer and longer. Of course, there are plateaus and then it just gets better results with the next pump for me.
