Does coffee/caffeine have an influence on your progress?

I’ve a question. Does coffee/caffeine have an influence on your progress? I like to have a mug/cup of coffee whilst I’m in the tube/cylinder. Still think I get pretty good results, but I’m just wondering, could I get even better results if I cut out the coffee before and during?

Caffeine is a diuretic so it makes you pee and potentially dehydrates you, assuming you aren't replacing the fluids. One of the rules of pumping is that. you get better results when you're well-hydrated. In my opinion, yes, it would be worth it to lay off the coffee and see if you get even better results.

Theoretical science says that you need approximately 250 to 300 gms of caffeine before it might have any kind of diuretic effect (2-3 cups) so enjoying a single morning coffee is not really going to have an effect on pumping results…

However, overall hydration management will 👍🏻
