If you mean in to the nipple itself it doesn't work very well, nipples are very dense tough tissue. Your best bet is to infuse saline behind the areola then using nipple pumps to draw the saline into the nipple. Usually works much faster than normal pumping, I,ve done this with N2O as well and it works pretty well
