Hi,
I found this wonderfull website there is some weeks and I'm decided to publish some contenant, my evolution and pleasure
I'm French so.. My english is bad and I prefer use my brain instead Google Trad, except for wome word / expression
Actually, I've a basic pump from aliexpress with cylinder and simple hand pump. In couple of days, I will receive my new pump with pressure indicator and release valve on cylinder, like you.
Before that, I began by urethral insertion and now I do both.. pump with an urethral plug (8mm (0,31")).
BTW, quick question, pumping can reduce the pee hole ?

Where did you get that urethra device?, I have small urethra due frenulum holding my glands which I'm getting surgery soon but in the meantime I would like to expand that hole more like yours please give the link and some advice would help.

On aliexpress, "urethral sounding" "urethral insertion" "urethral dilator" and I choose what I want.
Here. But I think it's metter with 3 stems like
this (modele 3). It better widened (in circle instead of horizontal). I'm at 8mm and I think his opening is between 8 and 9mm. Sometimes I twist the stems for more opening.

Sometimes in work or in train, I visit this website for curiosity, see the news post and lear some tips. I saw the pumping with water.. Waw ! I find it better, for results and visual aspect during pumping and after. So, this week it was pumping in water.
Before showing you this, I post a pumping session with air only, the photos were taken after 2h of pumping with 20 to 25min sessions and 5min of break

I dont remember exactly how reps, I believe 4 reps of 25min with brack 5 min (too tired for the fifth) . But the last rep, I would like test more in time, 50min ^^'

Thanks for sharing so many pictures. Those are the things that make us all keep coming back to this site.
But I must advise a little caution . I'm sure you've read all the warnings but I'll just say it again that you really want to keep your pressure and time in the tube down while your body gets used to it.
I had only been pumping for a a few months and was always trying to blow up as big as I could. Pressure over 5hg all the time, long sessions and milking/pulling on the tube. I got Sclerosing lymphangitis and had some hard lumps and an ache in my penis when it was hard. It's been a few months now and I've been really careful with pumping but it still causes problems after some sessions or even just aches for no reason in the middle of the day. At this point it's got me questioning whether I should keep pumping after about 9 months of it, and I know I wouldn't be thinking that if I'd just taken it a bit slower at the beginning.

I'm doing a small marathon over 2 days, here are the photos from the 1st day.
There was a butt plug (34mm) and a bigger after (40mm). Same for urethral, 8mm then 9mm.
When I put bigger plug, I went do cat sitter for friend, so I had there during 14hrs, I'ts easy.
During the break pump, I massaged my penis and penetrated it with 9mm plug, wahou ! So much pleasure (still now)
In total, I pumped during 5 hrs. 1.5hrs @ +- 3hg and 3.5hrs @+- 5hg in a 2" straight cylinder
Actually, I do my 2nd day and I will do same plan

The last, the 9th pumping. It lasted 1h10, I'm feel good except for the last 2-3 minutes. I I reduced the pressure @3hg and ok
