How long do you wear your ball stretcher for? I just got it last week.

Minutes, hours, days, weeks?????

All night…

I personally don't trust myself to sleep in them. I put them on when I wake up in the morning while getting dressed. I take it off at night before sleeping. Pretty much 18 hours a day. Here is me swinging after a warm bath.

24/7. There's a lot of stretch to be had overnight. Maybe lower the weight for overnight but 24/7. Keep them warm if you want more length.

how do you wear steel rings in jeans or pants during a normal day? What if it’s cool outside and the testicles shrink? How practical is this?

What if it's winter outside?

Wheat bag over a rope tied around the waist and layers of clothes. Long johns, thick trousers etc. 10 mins in the office here and there for a good warm up. Yu do whatever you have to. No winter isn't the best time but you do what you can.

I naturally have very big balls and can’t find any of the metal ring stretcher/ weights to fit. I use mainly the black stretch rubber / latex type that works well.
I usually wear them for one hour at a time 3-4 times daily.
It really makes a big difference in the jean bulge. A lot of attention in public! My Bimbo wife loves it too!

I can talk about this topic all day, but big picture, I've found that if you warm your weights very well before putting them on, and if your balls are loose and relaxed before putting them on, and you can manage to keep warm enough you will be fine.
