Looks good. What kind of connector did you use from the CO2 bike inflator to the tubing? I've had difficulty making that connection.

I've simply reversed a connector from my bycicle pump:

To prevent a sudden 'blow up' due to the inaccurate justment of the inflator's regulator
there is no permanent connection from the inflator to the tubing.
I'm first openening the inflator to the volume I want to inflate and then only connect it as long as to inflate.

What made you choose CO2 over N2O

Hi,

I wanted to use capsules with a threaded head, because they are easier to handle.
I couldn't find any supplier for NO2 capsules with threaded heads.

With threaded capsules I can use my new design, which makes pressure regulation much easier:

I would buy one!
Did you made yourself, or can we buy the equipment anywhere?

Very simple Set up. I'm adding mine for reference; I prefer something that lets me inflate more or less hands free. Use aquarium tubing to connect directly to the barb

Thank you. I've ordered all the parts online.
Can you explain more how you proceed? Where do you place the needle, how deep, how much and long do you fill,...
I am excited!

Firstly, I'm not a medical expert or qualified to give advise. This is just mostly from my own experience having tried this before.

I've tried placing the needle in both the shaft and scrotum skin. What I can tell you is that starting in the scrotum is overall easier and less risky. Make sure you pinch your skin and pull it away from your body so you don't poke your vas deferens or your testicles. If you can, use a light to help find a good spot where there are no veins or capillaries. Between IV needles and IV catheters needles; I'd recommend going with the catheters as there's less risk if you need to move around a bit. Go with a shorter needle, maybe 1" long. I push the entire needle in. Clean, disinfect the area, your hands, etc. If you see blood "flashback" up traveling up the needle, you hit a vein and you need to apply pressure and stop the bleeding, reset and try again.

Up to you. Pay attention to your body and how your skin feels. I like filling up full; and a little bit more to make things taut. Some people keep themselves tied off and stay inflated for a few hours. Personally, I do this as a way to enjoy an orgasm. So once I'm done, I always let the gases escape out of the needle/ needle hole as much as possible. N2O absorbs pretty fast. CO2 will hang around for a few days.
