That was the reason to use CO2 after a long time instead of N2O again.
The CO2 capsules have a threaded head and are much more easier to control

How long do you stay inflated? I'm trying to figure out what's really required to stimulate growth.

When using CO2 I normally stay tied for ~1 hour.
With NO2 I normally stay tied for ~2 hours because in opposit to CO2 it doesn't sting.

During those times I'm inflating to the maximum I can hold.
After the tissue has got used to the pressure, I'm inflating to the new maximum.
I'm repeating those steps 3 to 4 times.

I would assume you'd also have to be circumcised for this to happen "naturally" otherwise you'd prolly have to pull the foreskin back and try and squeeze it up into the glans. You can inflate then use a penis pump to pull the gas up into the glans too and it feels pretty good because it's almost instant swell compared to pumping. Just make sure the needle site isn't going to get sucked into the pump or it will cause bruising and is an infection risk.

What doesn't feel good at all is if you're not tied off well enough. Happened to me once and gas goes into the glans than forced it's way into my cavernosa and it felt terrible. I was also pretty scared I just forced a bunch of gas into my bloodstream and was going to have an embolism lol. Wouldn't recommend doing this on purpose at all.

I've never had any go into the cavernosa, but when ever I inject into my penis, it usually works its way into my abdominal cavity. One time I injected way too much and I could feel it moving through my body into my chest, and it felt like I was being stabbing in the right lung, it was unbearable. After about half an hour it went away, but holy shit did that scare me.
