For those using large opening jars, how do you keep it from cutting off the circulation?

Hi All,
Looking for a bit of advice here.
For a few months I've been using a jar setup with an opening of 4 inches, and then it opens into a body that is 5 inches. Has worked really well, but I'm sizing out of it and have gotten stuck for too long too many times.
This week I upgraded to a new far that is 5.75 inches straight. I can get a really good seal with it, but every time I take a break my balls and abdomen are numb due to low / no circulation. I'm using a thick, collapsible silicone bowl for a cushion, so it isn't uncomfortable.
If you are using a jar with an opening of similar sizes, how do you keep this from happening?
Thanks for any ideas.
