I attempted to inflate everything from the fat pad . This time, I did not use a syringe needle. I have to ask, is there a reason you are not using a needle? The way you describe sounds concerning. How do you prevent infection? Does it not bleed? It also seems like it would waste a bit of gas with no seal, just pressing a nozzle against an incision.

That seems so much better than a needle!
No risk of directly infusing into a vein, and no squeamishness from needles. Just a single poke for entry and using friction/pressure for a seal.
Its a shame it seems only good for gasses like N2O, and specifically in areas like that with extra skin that can be poked easier.

No specific reason just didn't have one at that time, the needle I'm using to poke the skin is sterilized, no bleeding at all, I did this multiple time and no complications

Exactly when I use it like this I can be sure I'm not reaching any veins, that's why I did it in fat pad as you can pull skin simply poke it but I actually did the same exact way to do it on my belly and it worked pretty well aside from wasted gas that sometimes escapes
