Self castration is easy and you do not need any special equipment. I am in the process now. I used a thin cord to tie around the ball sack as tight as I could stand. Any pain at first was simply from the scrotum skin caught under the loop (smear a little vaseline to help this. I photographed the ball sack after tying and will do so again in a few hours. It has been in place now for 3 hours. When the sack darkens to black I will have to secure the scrotum above the band with rubber bands so that I can cut the dead bag off. This is important to prevent infection and bleeding and the rubber bands will need to be kept on until the separation area has dried. I will sleep with the band on.

This will leave you with an open wound into your abdominal cavity which is a huge infection risk. You need sutures to close the huge wound from removing an entire scrotum.

Its better not to cut off the dead or half dead eggs-baggy. better will be either to wait until the dead stuff will fall off from allone - so i made it with my young rams years ago, or better will be: when you cut off the dead baggy go to the ER for a sure sewing up. You will need only a good story, f.e. that you will be sleeped in after a sex-party with your tied off baggy... and so you even could let cut off the dead stuff into the ER the next morning, what would be the most sure way!!!!!!!!!!!
