I used to sound with Hegar's and Van Buren's and got all the way up to 39Fr and it was TONS of fun and was pissing like a horse, except... within a week after a single session I always wound up with a UTI, no matter what technique I used to sterilize hardware, no matter what lube or antiseptics I used, no matter what gloves or sterile drapes I used... it got to where it was simply guaranteed that within 3-4 days things would go south and send me to my urologist for yet another round of antibiotics. After the last time, I just had to give it up. Sigh.

Hi, I have had a similar problem using a 15mm stainless steel sound, I even tried boiling the damn thing for 5 minutes, then rinsing it in alcohol. Eventually I’d get an infection and that would end it. I threw the sound out, I regret the whole incident, but I sure loved cock fucking.
