Anyone working on increasing their cum volume?

Here's my current efforts..

Well I'm making a effort to go about things scientifically..


So the last few years I've been on testosterone support (from suggestion from my Doc) from Roman... an HOLY BATT SHIT it works.

equaling Vitamin D 50mg, Magnesium 350 mg, Zinc 30 mg, Copper 2 mg, Magna root 3000 mg, Ashwagandha root 600 mg.

Taking them daily.. and WOW it works. I wake in the middle of the night and in the morning hard like a 17 yr old.


On a side note research the benefits of Testosterone supplements in men over the age of 35-40


Additionally I take

Pyguem 4000 MG per day - - it seems to be working as she loves the volume, she loves to be cum on!

I've just added

Lecithin 1200 mg per day to see what effect it has.



Anyone had luck with saw palmetto??

Stay away from Saw Palmetto, it dehydrates faster than the sun!

(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily
(3) Pygeum, 4000mg Strength Taken 1 time daily
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily
And my wife gets me dripping with pre cum like no other.
I have no issues with getting a stiffy and sometimes when we go away for the weekend I add Cealis 20 for extra longevity.

Started with Pygeum and that shit works. I leak like crazy now and I never used to. Love it

Based on what I have seen from all of the different posts on here I created a stack that works very well for me.

(1) Pygeum 1200mg per day
(2) L-Citrulline 3000 to 4000mg per day
(3) Zinc 100mg per day
(4) Vitamin D3 10000IU per day
(5) Celery Seed Extract 150mg per day
(6) Fenugreek 240mg per day
(7) Sunflower Lecithin 2400mg per day
(8) Catuaba Bark 465mg per day
(9) Damiana 800mg per day
(10) Tongkat Ali 1000mg per day
(11) Maca Root 750 every other day, to avoid headaches.
(12) Black seed oil 1000mg per day
(13) Horny Goat Weed 600mg per day

On a similar routine here:

Pygeum
Sunflower Lecithin
Zinc
Funugreek (make my load taste lovely)
Horny Goat weed
Black Macca
L-Arginine

Alternate every day with
Zinc
Horny Goat Weed
Pygeum
Black Macca

Hello, how long will it take for the first results to appear?

For me I noticed effects in the first month. Started with excess pre cum, even without stimulation. Then an increase in the physical orgasm with a more forceful ejaculation and the amount of cum. I can't say I've noticed any side effects however I've always swallowed my own load since a teen and noticed a change in the taste since taking this stack of pills.
