Before my mods, I was 6.25" in length and 4.4" in girth. My sack was practically none existent.

I got my silicone through Dr. Loria in Miami in early 2016 (40cc in shaft and 80 in scrotum - ALCON 1000). Interestingly enough, because of the silicone, I have been constantly growing. And my current results are many multiples of what the Dr. injected me with.

My length right now is 7" (due to pumping).

My girth:
Near the glans: 6.25"
Mid point: 6.75"
Base 7.25"

I measured my scrotum using water displacement. It is around 600cc in size.

I have commented before on your mods in a different thread. I am insanely jealous of your PA. I think it looks awesome. I’ve been discussing getting one with my wife for a while now. I have not worked up the courage to do it. I think I am worried about peeing. Also, I don’t want to give up pumping for the few months it will take to fully heal. Also, it seems that I should give up sex with her for a month at least.

Any thoughts?

Hey, thank you for the feedback, and its been a long road on the PA journey. Thank you for your king words on my meat and PA as I am too in love with my mod meat and PA. I also have huge fetish with guys and gals with piercings on their genitals and that where I got my inspiration was from others that started this movement. Yeah, having a PA does have its looks and feelings, however, IOT have sex and pumping, you must wait till if fully heals or it will create issues. Since having my PA and silicone mod, I had to wait long months before having sex especially when I gauged up in ring size. Pumping was the same, had to wait several weeks/months before I could pump again but had to start off slowly back into it. Now when I pump I have to pump with Sea salt water (hydro) in order to not irritate my PA. I am on my last stretch as I will go for a 1/2" ga PA ring, which is my ultimate goal. Since having my PA and silicone mod, I could only have sex with folks that can take my fat siliconed meat and take my 00ga PA. So, their asses or pussies (I am Bi BTW) have to be gaped so that I can stuff my fat meat in those holes especially with my large PA as I don't take it off.

Getting the PA is not that painful as I used numbing cream before I got pierced with all of my piercings (PA, Lorum and Guiche).

Always this big. I can hold it up a bit higher through a combination of underwear and jeans. That makes it stick out more, but at least then it doesn't interfere so much with walking.
