Just rip in. I got the rings from bunnings. There not stainless but will get you going till you know what you want
Think they are 32mm rings. The thicker ones. They dont dig in

When i first started 80mm was uncomfortable. 70mm was ok.

Fabulous progression through to 110mm. It’s definitely a slow but worthwhile journey!

Melbourne stretcher here. I love to stretch my balls as well. I’ve been doing it for a bit over 4 years with slow increases in size and weight.
