i see what you're using now.

pull off the Frohles hand pump and add one of these to the Frohles tubing, then you can use your hand pump with the gauge and male connector.

The thickwall is my original cylinder, which there's a few pics of in this thread. I don't use it anymore since it gets uncomfortable to sit with, and it seems to limit me. With the Froehle, the inner labia fill out more, whereas with the Thickwall it's more confined so it only works effectively on the outer labia.

I'll see about dismantling the Thickwall hose and putting it to the Froehle. The main problem with the Froehle really is the poor seal though, so not sure if it'd even be worth swapping out the pump itself.

There are pros and cons to both cylinders, hard to choose which one works better overall.

there's no messing the thickwall or the hand pump with the gauge. those already work.

it's Frohle you would take parts off and put a part on! adding a female quick connector in place of the Frohles hand pump. that might stop leaking at the pump because you'll be able to use your hand that you know doesn't leak. plus you will be able to easily make connections from cup to pump like you do with the thickwall set up.

ball pumps and those Frohles hand pumps often bleed off pressure.
