From Meatotomy to Split Glans

Hello,

last fall I have made the first step and went for a meatotomy. The intention was to go for a partial subincision, but the bleeding was intense and this is why it ended up as a meatotomy only.
Somewhen next year I will go and have my glans split and the meatotomy expanded to a partial subincision.
Any tips or recommendations on this topic? I know that there is some posts here, but to be honest, none of them goes 100% in line with my desire.
The piercer advised that it would be better to have the cut end before the end of the glans as there are some major blood vessels providing the erect glans with blood. Worst case the glans halfs would not be properly filled with blood when erect, I do not like the idea.

I would suggest a meatotomy to the underside of the glans (ring groove). The foreskin remains functional. You can also easily do this yourself. If you proceed cleanly and in small cuts. Then the bleeding is not so heavy and controllable. It is best to use an electrocautery. So small cuts and then let them heal with inserted gauze rolls. When healing has occurred make a small incision again. And so on until the desired result is achieved. Of course you can also cut the meatus upwards, but that is a bloody affair and much more complex.

As stated above, I do have a meatotomy, shown on the picture. My intention is to expand it to a partial subincision and cut the upper side of the glans almost into two halfs. Means the cut will end just before the end of the glans.
And I will have this procedures done by a professional piercer.

Now it is done. I will not go any further on the upper side of the glans, perhaps extend the cut on the underside, just a bit.
It is a wonderful feeling to have these two loose flaps of the glans. I should have had it done a long time ago.
