My wife would like to start pumping and I am wondering what pump to get. I have seen many people mention the Froehle, but I am unsure of how to order it for delivery in the aunties States. Any advice would be appreciated!
Also, if there is another pump that is similar or better we will take any recommendations. Thank you

Pumps as opposed to cups are available in the US. Harbor Freight has a pump which I use. They last a long time and are cheap enough to replace.
