Awesome progress, sorry can I just ask. What’s the benefit of adding the water into the tube? I’ve never done that. Does if assist growth or is it a lubrication thing?

I need a bit of assistance with this after seeing so many of you using water.

Any help would be v appreciated

I use warm water and sometimes empsom salts.
Everyone us different but for me water helps with gains I did some research and from my understanding pressure is more evenly distributed in water vs air. It's always worked for me so I stick to it
