Spent 1.5 hrs in the tube, used heat pad this time and It made a big difference. A little hard to get out of the tube.

Be careful with the heating pad and getting big enough to need force to get out of the tube (I've given myself some wicked pressure blisters that way). if you do ever get stuck just be cautious and don't pull hard

I try to keep in the tube during the “workweek” but in smaller doses. Weekends (depending on the Family plans) I like to stay in longer and try to really pull/stretch the skin.
I haven’t had any issues getting out of the tube, I lube up real well.

I’m hoping to begin using the weights…
