You can easily convert an aquarium pump to make it a vacuum. The instructions are here:
https://www.instructables.com/id/Vacuum-Pump-from-Aquarium-Air-Pump/

Note that he says that it will make a "weak vacuum." The vacuum won't be strong enough to vacuum your floors, but it will be strong enough to vacuum your cock and balls. Attached is a diagram of the tubing setup. You can get the tubing at most hardware stores. If you can't find it there, Lowes has it. The stuff that Lowes carries is sturdier than than the stuff that Home Depot carries. Both Lowes and Home Depot only sell it by the roll, but a roll will cost you about $5. All of the tubing that I've ever seen at aquarium stores is too soft to be used with a vacuum pump. It probably works fine when air is being pumped into it, but it collapses when you're sucking air out of it.

There are two parts that you may not be able to find at your local hardware store. The first is the tubing adapter. Here's one on Amazon that should work:

The second is the fitting. You probably already have this fitting on the tubing for your hand pump. You can use that one, or you can order one from Fresh Water Systems in South Carolina. They cost under $2. Here's the link:

Note: Some of the larger capacity aquarium pumps have two ports for air. You can easily join them together with another "T", as shown in the photo below. You don't need to use blue tubing, of course. (This is the view from underneath the pump)

CTC has a very good electric-digital pump. It can be used as an electric pump with creating a program and save to device then you can plug and pump. Can also use a computer and create programs to computer and use when device is plugged into computer and run program. I like to save a program to the device and pump in car while driving on back roads or while on my boat when used with an adapter where u can buy from a store.

The CTC pump looks great, but it costs $469. A good Tetra aquarium pump costs under $25 on Amazon.

I just got the tetra whisper 60. Very quiet, pulls 6.5hg using one port or both. You can adjust the vacuum using a t and the small valve that comes with it as shown on the diagram. I hooked it up to my miti-vac and used that gauge to see what vacuum it pulls. I use both ports and run it around 3.5 to 4 hg. works great. Cost was $17, standard fish tank airline $6, total $23. it takes about 10 mins to convert the pump and set up the airlines and fittings :D :D :D :D

That's about $85.65 US. Froele makes great stuff, but this pump looks like it's an aquarium pump that you can get for much less than that. It probably took about 15 minutes to convert.

Not sure about the vacuum but it's at my max limit so I'm good. Works great.
