I'm seeing a lot of ads for nitric oxide and am wondering if anyone has tried it yet. I know that guys that lift use it.

It increases blood flow and volume to muscles and will do the same if you pump your cock, balls or both. Key is hydration.

Yes, I lift and I use it when I work out and it works great! I definitely notice increased performance and less fatigue.
