What's going on with forums

What is happening with the forums. Half the time the computer times out for a lack of response from forums.newart.com . Is it just being overloaded? What will help?

I also have noticed that the responce time,when logging on and viewing forums pages has been very slow for a while,could you Please rectify this problem
