After you stretch your balls, do you pump your balls?

The ring size. Is 2 inch inside diameter.
I did a one point pump balls only and Dick only ,haven't. Done that in a long time

I was at home depot today and couldn’t find any rings that look like that. What are they called? What section are they in?

Go to a neighborhood mom and pop hardware store and ask for metal rings. Big stores like Home Depot may have them, but they usually want to sell you stuff in bags of 50 assorted sizes.

I bought mine at lowes the chrome ones and the brass ones at a local ace hardware stores

I searched Lowe’s for over an hour today, and when I asked staff and tried to describe what I was looking for they had no clue. What type of rings are they so I k ow what to ask for?

I found them where they have ropes. And chains

They're brass rings or chrome-plated brass rings. Every hardware store has them, but you have to ask. If you don't ask at Home Depot or Lowes, I'm convinced that they automatically enroll you in their 5 mile walk-a-thon inside the store.

Nice 5” stack. 2lbs is a good daily hanging weight.
