Another excursion to a beach, river, stretched etc.
ABS material cost about $15 at Home Depot.. Pipe, cap, & glue. Drilled & threaded 1/8" NPT hole in cap to fit Colder fitting. Filed & sanded mouth round. Great stretch.

Sure was. Leave extra baggage behind, finding new beaches & hot springs & wild, pumping while driving, eating at mom n pop diners or MRE's, sunsets, quiet. Telling onlooker at a hotspring "It's the warm water does it"...

I've been using them a year or more. They're scalable, print any size or length you want. I wouldn't go for length - wouldn't want one breaking. Make ovals, different ridges, dick-heads. Customize to fit you.
PLA seems the most benign. I wear it 4 hours at a time, rinse off, re-insert... I like short, so my dick can flop without tube digging at my insides. Ridges hold it in great. Lightweight. I'm considering an expandable one - slip it in, then a bulb at the bottom gets bigger, holding it in. Be a neat to print a big soft cock head, held to my cock with an insertable bulb...

Regarding 3d printing..
Open file with Sketchup, modify to your taste.
Add the 'export STL' extension to Sketchup.
Export your sketchup file to an STL (stereo lithography) file.
Using Cura (free download) create a gcode file.
Put that in a 3d printer & go.
Not difficult after a few goes... Plenty of youtube help videos.
