For anybody who has siliconed their scrotum, did you get any hardening? There's so little information on the subject online.

I have silicone in both penis and sac for almost 20 years. Last couple of years have had increased with Harding in both.

No I do not, but have heavily considered it for my sack and want to get more info first.

I have had my silicone for 8 years, but I had hardening in my sack pretty much straight away. The body tries to wall off the silicone with scar tissue, and that's what causes the hard lumps. The silicone itself stays liquid... it's just surrounded and penetrated by all this inflamed scar tissue. Steroids are supposed to help, but the relief isn't permanent. Personally, I'd say that lumps are par for the course with silicone.

I have some hardening in my sack but that is ok because that is what it is.I have had silicone for about 5 years
