I have been stretching for a while now, 2 and a half years now? jee! love my weights and other stretching devises too.
I came across this forum and I now FASCINATED with Pumping!
I would like to start ASAP
where does one start? is there a beginners guide somewhere?

IMHO the best beginners "how-to" is on tigerpumping.net but there is a huge amount of knowledge and experience here too - just takes a bit of work using the search function to find what you want
