Prolapse advice

After some advice,how can I get the rest of my prolapse out can get this far and thats it.Any advice more than welcome and thanks in advance.

i have never pumped for my prolapse i have to get fisted before mine even wants to come out and play but if you want a good prolapse sometimes i find getting a really deep stretch will also help the rosebud show it self
