I can now say after many yrs of using different things to pump them with. I can now say I have filled these to the max. This is the largest of this type made. Loving it

Depends if I leave them uncovered they will stay up a few hrs. But if I have to put a shirt on with no bra they are still noticeable for a while after that. Love feeling the material rubbing them.
