I'm curious how often everyone here pumps their balls. Who's consistent and who just goes ham once a week?

Myself I'm at 40 minutes twice a day, 5 times a week, but I'm gonna increase that time for sure

Hey, I pump cock and balls for 4-5 days straight for 3-4 hours a day and take a 2-3 days of recovery. I try to go huge once every two weeks for a 5 -6 hour session.

About twice a week for at least 2hr each time. It really depends on work.

I have found that my best results come from an evenly spaced 3-4x a week, usually a nice long 3-4 hour session. If I'm gonna pump, I wanna get enormous.

When I’m in a pumping mental mode I usually pump every day for a week or more. + or – an hour. My record for pumping consecutive days is 21. BUT these sessions and very low pressure and only from 60-90 minutes with breaks every 15 min. I’m not going for a huge size. I like the feel of eggs the size of… eggs or a little bigger. I have to keep size in check because of my job.

When I pump 4-5 days in a row like this I’m usually planning a BIG pump on a Friday night or Saturday.

For an marathon pump I’m in the tube at least 4 hours. The longest I’ve been in the tube is 8+ hours. NOT pressurized the whole time…sheesh.

I usually take 5 min breaks every 15-20 minutes. And then at 90 minutes or so I take a longer break. I cant get back in the tube so I just leave it on.

Urinating was a problem. When I gotta go I just go and then flush out the tube while I’m in it. It’s easy to blow out all the liquid and then using the negative pressure to suck more water in from a bowl or cup. I do this a couple of times until the water is clear. This can take 10-20 minutes and counts as a break.

I’m not much into porn so I usually watch Netflix or read or chat online. The acrylic tubes are great because they are lighter than glass you can get up an walk around for a while.

I like a heating pad set on medium. I’ve had blisters twice and I think it was because the heat was too high. Also, I like to pump in water. I don’t see a different between pumping in plain water vs Epsom salts though there is a lot of information on here about different mediums.

Pipefitter explained the importance of maintenance pumps and to not go crazy with pressure and take breaks etc. I kind of envy the guys who can pump at pressures around and over 10.

Just remember… pain is there for a reason. One goal I have is to avoid pain.
I’ve been pumping for almost 2 years and like to regularly pump to the 14-15 range. If I do this in the afternoon/evening by morning going to work is no problem. My record is a little over 17. Though it doesn’t sound like there is much difference between 15’ and 17’ I can tell you the look and weight is pretty impressive.

I have a checkup next week so I’ve not been pumping for a while. I look forward to start again.

When I get the urge to go for giant I do 2 or 3 sessions a day. They last an hour or two maybe three at the most.
It’s takes about 8-10 days to get full 22”.
I go long enough to engorge the inner layers and then go move about to get the juices flowing more. Once I loosen up from the cantaloupe stage I get back to it. I never force it anymore when trying to return to maximum size. I have been pretty good at avoiding injury lately this way.

Love pumping everyday too but after about 4 or 5 day I got to take a day off. I miss the tube when I don't pump that day , but its good to get back in the day after but does take a bit of time to get back to size. The things we do because we love the tube so much.

Three times a week 45mins filling the ASTJ, once every few weeks filling my huge zylinder 90mins. Very short pumps for very huge results.

I pump every single day when I can, but it averages out to 5-6 days a week in any given month. Usually sessions last anywhere from 2-3 hours and I can often get in multiple sessions per day.
