Started pumping

I’ve been practice pumping for a few weeks and yesterday I experienced my first notable increase in size. A couple hours using a STJ and I found my balls much larger and my ball sack feeling nice a full. It’s not much but I’m super excited to continue getting bigger. Thanks for all the great ideas and tips that everyone else has posted here.

Keep it up my friend we all start at the bottom and work up ,it just takes time and dedication and I’m sure you will get great results .over time .

looking good. take you time and dont over pump with pressure.
you will probably experience a pretty quick upsurge in size and then level off.
