What is this device connected to your tube?

Thanks everyone! The tube is an old Bathmate Goliath that i converted . I haven’t measured but it feels like a 3” inch cylinder. I’m also using a recently purchased Vacutech Pulsar and I must say that it’s been well worth it! I’ve noticed a huge difference how quick I’m able to pack my tubes!
