To all the guys I've been getting messages from...updates from me...I've got a damn inguinal hernia (most likely from pumping with too high pressure)...hopefully I'll be back in action in a coupe months. :/

But I just had to share these pics of myself in my LongJohnny this morning, this tube used to seem so crazy long and massive to me. Now, I get in and not even 30 mins later I am nearly packing the entire thing. This is a great way to start the morning with a nice big pump and long pull/stretch before work. Feels amazing. All I am saying is that progress is possible, fellas! Just stick to it!!

I was able to pack it after a 2-3 weeks of daily pump sessions, first thing in the morning and right before bed. 1.5 hours each session.
