Subincision: Clamp time to have no bleading after cut...

Hi, I read a lot about the procedure, last time I cut 30mm after 1 h of clamping, very lot of blod after 10 second for 2 h of pushing toghether, too much blod to contol the result and after 8 h I se 20 mm heal toghether and 10 mm of a right cut ... now I wait 2 weeks befor clamp an cut again.
Someone know how long I need to clamp to have minimum bled in cutting? I want cut 30 mm again...

This is how I have done: clamp for 1 hour than I tied the base very tight then cut . Bandaged it then remove the knot from the base . Very little blood
