For me it has given me a more forcefull ejaculation along with quantity. My precum has definately increased and I have noticed a more bitter taste to my cum, yes I swallow my own load.

For a while I was dribbling precum, it appears to have just been a phase. I tasted it once and it was sort off sweet. Maybe because I am a diabetic?

(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg

As a side note: After being on Pygeum for 5 straight weeks now, I leak pre-cum like a damn faucet. This stuff definitely activates the Cowper’s gland.

Are you using all of them together? I see some grow blokators or something (not medic myself so..) how does it work all together? O.o I'm using Zinc and it works a bit so.. (altho its just 25mg dosage hmm might use 2) using all of those would make it quite interesting if it works.

I have read that Pygeum helps with pre-cum.

Does it have to be a specific brand? 
Does it need to contain 'Phytosterols'?
What do they do to Pygeum? 
What about a pygeum extract?

'Piping rock' do 2 types:   
100mg with phytosterols. (Which u can't get here in the UK.)
And   
500mg. (Isn't that better?)

If pygeum is better with phytosterols, can u take it as a separate supplement?
