Hello!
Im new here. I thinking of buying a vacuumpump. But does it help anyting? I mean I have a 6inch big (or small) cock. I want it to be like 7+ maybe 8inch long, ist that possible with a vacuumpump? Sorry for the newbie question!

Hey mate, the reason you have no replies is because this question has come up tens of times before. In short, you'll have to pump for a long time to make permanent gains, but making temporary ones sure is good fun! You'll want to choose a narrower cylinder if you want to go for length.
There's a wealth of info on this forum, why not do your own research and find out for yourself, after all, all these photos must be telling you something!

as said above --> read the forum. U have the function "search" on top of the forum. Try all the "noob", "questions", "tips", etc., keywords.
U also have tiger's page who is full of information.

in few words:
- This is not a medical site
- our advices are not medical advices
- Pump for fun not for length
- Don't put too much presure or u'll be damaging ur cock instead of improve.
- Some people make permanent gain but it is mainely in girth. It depends a lot on the time u have to spend and on ur cock too. Not all the cocks react the same way.
personal advice:

By pumping? Almost certainly not. I know there are lots of men here into stretching as well, and maybe that would do it, but it's not quick. If you want an 8" dick fast, I suggest surgery.
Pumping is basically for erotic fun. You get some permanent gains, but it takes many years.
