urethra balloon

Is there an urethral balloon? The idea would be to insert it deinflated, pump it like an inflatable dildo and increase the size of your peehole that way.
You could always try a urinary catheter, the type with a balloon which is inflated using a syringe, which would normally lock the catheter into the bladder once it passes the sphincter. It could be inserted part way into the peehole and inflated ever so gently.
