For the task of getting from 20mm to 21mm, I made a new set of 3D-printed plugs. These go up in 0.25mm increments and have a more bulbous taper for a bit of a "pop." The narrow neck makes them stay in better than the original gradual taper, which now keep pushing back out on their own.

I'm a bit stuck at the moment. After some warmup, going up to 20.75mm is relatively comfortable:

Fingers are convenient - always available, multiple sizes - just lick & insert!
I make my plugs hollow to pee thru.
Add a 'mushroom cock head' to the outer end of some. "Cults" has some .stl files.
Stretchy kinesiology tape holds them in.
You use PLA?
I like the diameter embossed in the end. Pro touch.
It's circumference change that does the stretching.
A layer or 2 of saran wrap will give a little more size & slip in easier.

Thanks! I decided to standardize on PETG for most of my projects. I've stockpiled a bunch of rolls in a wide range of colours. It can be a bit stringy for some things, but it's easy enough to clean up. I found I was having more problems with PLA warping and detaching from the bed. Most of the time I'm making structural parts, like project boxes, mounts, gears, etc.

A layer or 2 of saran wrap will give a little more size & slip in easier.

That's a great tip! I do find the latex binds a bit when it starts to get stretched and displaces the lube.

I’ve recently gotten back into stretching. These are from silicone nozzles. The orange one it freaking huge. Feels awesome. Has taken months to get that far, and can only tolerate for about a half hour. The pink a one is 16mm x 3.5 inch insertable. The red one is also 16mm x 7.5-8 in insertable. Those I’ve had for a few years. Couldn’t get them started in reliably until I got the orange one. All feel great in the stretch and I’m hoping to get a finger soon.

The 18mm plug now fits perfectly. The plug slips in and then I no longer feel it because it fits perfectly into the urethral navicular fossa. So that the plug does not fall out by itself, I glued the plug to the glans with a strip of Hansaplast and then pulled the foreskin over it. By constantly wearing the plug, the appearance of the meatus urethrae externus has also changed for the better. Now the penis has gotten used to the plug and I feel something wrong if I haven't inserted the plug. I only remove the plug to clean the glans and to masturbate.
