Just now I have clamped to widen my peehole along my penishead. For 10 minutes there was a pain.
I let the clamp hang for a couple of hours. Should I cut? Peter Borges

Now the edges are rounded to perfection. Peeing is easyer now just a vertical stream throgh the hole on the underside. Peter Borges

Peter, your meatotomy is wonderful !
I plan to cut also the two sides of my meatotomy later. and probably also the upside of the glans : in the middle for 5 millimiters maximum, where the glans tissue is only 1-2 mmillimiters thick (sort of start of glans split, but i will probably not cut further), and probally also the "lips" of my old meatus, to have more rounded edges.
here are some pictures of my meato taken today, after full healing.
there are lot of fun already !
