I have been stretching for about 3 years. Sometimes with some weeks of non stretching and not every day. I started with 40 mm which was impossible to handle. But with patience, care and good lubrication, in the end you will arrive somewhere. And the thing is, you always want more. I feel though, that things are going slow now. Perhaps not everybody has the same stretch?
I hope to achieve the 200 mm sometimes.

Tell me, what is the best way to stretch the testicles? hang a weight on them so that it just dangles and pulls them down, or hang several rings on the testicles all the way to the penis to stretch them both with the force of weight and stretching?

I only can tell how I began stretching.
I used a 40 mm weight which did not fit. By continuously trying I succeeded. Also manual stretching helped to loosen things a bit more.
Then I bought some extra weights, from 20 to 90 mm on the end. Also I bought a custom made one of 2 kilo's, 45 mm in height, which feels great wearing it apart for a day. And some silicon rings of 10 mm to fill up or extend the hang. I also bought myself an adjustable stretcher which helped me with extra stretching the sack.
Most of all, keep using lubrication to keep the skin smooth. Before and afterwards.
And be patient. It takes a lot of time. And don't push it.
And......it is addictive. I had a goal which I achieved, but after that I chose another goal, just to continue stretching.

Then I have a question: How to wear rubber rings with a diameter of 10 mm correctly?! When I put on rings with a diameter of 12 mm, my testicles become blue and cold. What should I do about it? and what is this "adjustable stretcher"?
