Tried it with water, but not much better . Oil I never used, maybe it helps

Rape seed oil seems to be it at the moment. Tried sunflower oil on Wednesday and didn't think it was as good so gone back to the rape seed. Bottle also says high in vitamin e, supposedly good for the skin.
I have to say i think i'm converted now. Oil from now on. For the foreseeable future anyway.
