The weekend down at the caravan was busy and a bit chilly but managed a session early evening Saturday and another late evening.
One Sunday morning before i got to it for the day. Hoped to get another in later but needed to get things done and run out of time. We are quite a way away from the van so need to make the most of a work weekend when i'm there.

Just a few from Saturday night. The bast mirror is in the new bedroom but it's not really low enough for the rear shots.



Really foggy those for some reason. maybe the lens needs a good clean. the phone was sat on a stack of paving flags most of the day. !

Just the one session yesterday, late morning. the afternoon got really chilly here, the first proper cold day and i just ran out of time to get warmed up to run a 2nd session.

These are late last night.






Not quite as cold today but busy. Warm up at dinner i think and an early afternoon pump.

Seems sometimes less is more. Last Sunday i was down at the caravan and managed just the one hour. Monday back at work just the 1 hour and the same on Tuesday. Yesterday was one session again but quite a bit longer but with really low vac most of the time as i was in the workshop, busy busy.
It's either getting too late or too cold and not having the time to warm through at the moment so i'll take what i can get.

So, just the one long session yesterday.



And late last night

Hour and a quarter yesterday at dinner time in the 10.




Got a little sidetracked so the majority of the session was very low vac.



Now yesterday i was saying less is more.........bollocks... managed a second session but without too much bloat from the first went down to the 9.



No late shots i'm afraid but they had some lovely hang on them.

Friday was just the one session in the 10, half sat in the office and half in the workshop which tends to be lower on the vac due to being preoccupied with what i'm doing.

Two sessions Monday and one yesterday in the workshop mainly at around 2 hours with low vac, tube 10 again.


back in the workshop last night with the race car, due out Sunday. straddling the steelwork while welding up a new thermostat/filler housing on a cold Tuesday night in November is not good for the bollocks. They'd only just recovered, ish, by bedtime. Not good for hang but the nature of the game at this time of year. need a battery powered het pad sewing into some shorts !!

Wednesday and just the one session. Went for some new oil yesterday and decided to splash out on some olive oil. Been meaning to try it for a long while but although not exactly expensive it's twice the price of the rape seed oil. 3 different types so i've started with extra virgin olive oil. Says on the bottle it's ideal for drizzling, Been doing a bit more than drizzling. Seems ok, a bit better at moisturising while in the tube i think. I'll use this for a bit, until it needs changing and maybe try one of the others. This one has a green tinge to it which looks a bit odd in the tube.

About an hour and forty mins.

2 sessions yesterday of around an hour each, dinner and late afternoon.



This olive oil seems better. Don't really know for certain, it might just be in my head at the moment. it'll take another week or so to see how it goes but i like it so far, skin feels better and it's that little bit thicker, so pumping as normal with my normal vac is taking things a bit easier on the boys but still returning results. I'll just have to pump some more to find out.

BnL, as you are no doubt well aware those rear view shots are inspirational. The olive oil seems to have done the trick and given you are fantastic huge shape. I look forward to hearing your thoughts as you make olive oil a part of your regular routine. I've never used oil in the cylinder. I imagine it is very good for your skin. Now all you need is some garlic and oregano and you will be the main dish on the plate .

Fuckin hate garlic when it's cooking, it stinks.
