Saline and impotence
Due to an accident back in 2011, I am now totally impotent. I am now working to get an implant to correct this problem. My question is If anyone here has implants and still do saline infusions. I DO know pumping can damage implants so I know I will have to give that up before surgery. Will I still be able to do saline infusions with the new implants once I am healed?
