Question for those of you with experience. When you inflate your sac with saline, will your cock also absorb the saline and grow, or do you have to actually infuse saline into your cock as well?
Also, does tying off your sac help the saline migrate to your cock? Thanks. Just trying to stay away from having a HUGE sac and a small looking cock...lol.

oh and yes it does help migrate to ur cock. I dont even have to pump after saline but i like to for a little more size
